Welcome to Elite Auto Ace. By booking or receiving any of our mobile mechanic services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. These terms ensure transparency, mutual respect, and clear communication between our team and our valued clients.
Service & Client Approval
We provide mobile auto repair and maintenance services at your location. No work begins without your verbal or written approval. All services will be clearly explained beforehand, and if new issues are found during the repair, we’ll get your consent before continuing.
If a requested service falls outside our expertise or poses a safety risk, we reserve the right to decline the job.
2Appointments, Cancellations & Access
Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may incur a $25 fee.
Please make sure we have a safe, legal, and accessible place to work. If conditions prevent us from servicing your vehicle, we may reschedule or charge a service fee.
Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon service completion. We accept cash, card, and mobile payment apps. If payment is not made, we may withhold future service and pursue collections if necessary. An itemized receipt will be provided after each job.
